Pilates Mat Class

The core principals of Pilates are stretch, strength and control. In this class, let Pilates meet you where you are physically. Strengthen your core abdominal muscles, joints, spine, and improve your posture.  Fridays at 8am

Aqua Zumba

Blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance for one pool party you
shouldn't miss. Just add water and shake to the Latin rhythms. Great for those looking for a low-impact resistance-filled workout.  Thurdays at 5:30pm in the WRC pool


Improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance, and increase flexibility. A variety of hydro equipment may be used. Low and high-impact options available. Perfect for first-time exercisers, those currently active, or anyone looking for a good work out. This class is taught in chest-deep water. Participants should be comfortable in the water but do not have to have swimming skills. This class is moderate to high intensity.  Tuesdays at 4pm in the WRC pool


Body Pump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Work all major muscle groups in just 55 minutes using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. The instructor will coach you through scientifically-proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own! Tuesdays at 6am


Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular. The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Tuesdays at 9:15am and Thursdays at 9am

Strength & Conditioning

Experience a total-body conditioning class focusing on balance, coordination, strength and endurance.
Mondays at 5:30pm, Saturdays at 8:30am


Everyone can practice YOGA regardless of age, experience or level of flexibility. For some, yoga is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living. All levels welcome. Mondays at 9am, Wednesdays at 6pm, and Fridays at 9am

Women on Weights (WOW)

If you are unsure where to start with your workout program and are interested in a group setting or looking to practice safety measures to ensure a quality workout, Women on Weights is for you!Wednesdays at 9am

Boot Camp

Intense interval workout combining cardiovascular, resistance, and functional conditioning movement patterns. Challenge yourself with this fast-paced, calorie-burning and fun style of training. Saturdays at 8am
