All Western Racquet Club members are invited to take advantage of complimentary group exercise classes.

Body Pump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Work all major muscle groups in just 55 minutes using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. The instructor will coach you through scientifically-proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! Tuesdays at 6am
Zumba Step combines the awesome toning and strengthening power of step aerobics with the fun fitness party that only Zumba brings to the dance floor. With Zumba Step you will increase cardio and calorie burning while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs. Tuesdays at 9am
Zumba Toning adds light weights (no more than 3lbs.) to the Zumba dance party. Adding resistance with the light weights enhances rhythm and coordination while toning target zones, including arms, core, and lower body. Thursdays at 9am
Strength & Conditioning
Experience a total-body conditioning class focusing on balance, coordination, strength and endurance.
Mondays at 5:30pm, Saturdays at 8:30am
Everyone can practice YOGA regardless of age, experience or level of flexibility. For some, yoga is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living. All levels welcome. Mondays at 9am, Wednesdays at 6pm, and Fridays at 9am
